HOW IT WORKS:
This is an 18-week off-season training program separated into 6 progressive phases built specifically for hockey players in mind. Hockey players cannot train like body builders, being strong without function is worthless. They need something that is guided, specific to them and will continuously push them if they want to be the best. The game is too fast now to just be strong. I heavily believe in training smarter not just harder. At the forefront of this programming is keeping the longevity and duration of your career in mind. This is made to not only have you in peak shape come September but also fresh and strong in April. Having the hardest shot or fastest skater does not matter if you are hurt. This is a consistent program that will make you stronger, faster, powerful and healthier all season. Each week we will build upon what has previously been done so we can continuously progress your ability all program.
INCLUDED:
- Initial Consultation call to go over goals, injuries, etc.
- Pre-program testing to gauge current strengths/weaknesses
- 3x/week Full body strength, power, speed days
- 2x/week Full body mobility, stability and blood flow days (optional)
- Steady ramped up conditioning over the program added at the end of strength days
- Direct access and communication with Kohl
- Delivered through an iOS/Android app including progress tracking, videos and community chat group
