This 3-week phase is designed to undue stress from the positions we are in all season. The goal is simple: to build a strong base. This phase is a slow rebuild after a taxing season, this will be the least flashy training sessions of the off season. Small details now pay dividends the rest of the off season. We will restore tissue length in overused plus develop and increase an aerobic conditioning base. Lastly, we will improve mobility, structural imbalances and strength imbalances.
