
Off Season Phase 5 & 6**

**Split up into 2 phases**
Phase 5 is a 3-week program where we will utilize the progress we have made. We become more dynamic in our approach, movements and effort. Conditioning will begin to peak as well with summer skating typically increasing around this time.
Phase 6 is a 3-week program putting it all together at the end. The adaptations we have acquired through each week is combined to peak our performance before training camp and the season. We will begin to replace conditioning with more skating to translate our off ice progress.
