Off Season Phase 4

In this 3-week phase, we will begin to become more specific in our movements. We will begin to push the limits from the base we developed. Each week will cover strength and muscular hypertrophy as well as anaerobic/aerobic endurance. We will manipulate your CNS and enhance the rate of force development too. Specific methods will be used to maximize changes in the body. This program ramps up heavily into phase 5.
